1 IV Infusion: Member is entitled to one (1) IV drip per month under $250 value.
10% Off Add-Ons and IM Injections: Member receives a 10% discount on all additional services.
10% Off All Events: Member enjoys a 10% discount on admission fees for all events.
Priority scheduling: Member has priority access to appointment scheduling.

Sharing of Benefits:

  • Membership benefits may be shared with one non-member at the Premium and Ultimate tiers, if accompanying the member for an appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Member may cancel this membership after an initial 90-day period with a 30-day written notice to the Lounge. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
  • No cancellation fee will apply after the initial 90-day period.

Miscellaneous:

  • Agreement is non-transferable.
  • Services Roll Over Monthly: Unused services roll over each month for up to three months. Banked services may be used as long as the membership remains active.
  • All services must be utilized while the membership is active.
  • The Lounge reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the membership with 30 days’ notice.

Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the Vai Hydration Lounge Membership Contract.
